These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the products and services offered through the website https://guillermotemino.com, whose owner is:

Placing an order through the website implies full acceptance of these terms, as well as the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
2. Products and services
The following are offered through the website:
- Digital training material (PDF): the “La Arquitectura del Groove” system, priced at €14.50.
- Mentoring and private drum lessons: one-to-one sessions, online or in person, priced at €49 per one-hour session.
The prices shown include, where applicable, the relevant taxes. The owner reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed.
3. Purchase process
To make a purchase, the user must select the product or service, add it to the cart and complete the checkout process by providing the required details. Once the order has been confirmed and paid, the user will receive a confirmation email.
4. Payment methods
Payment for products and services is made through the WooCommerce platform using the PayPal payment gateway. The transaction is processed securely through the payment provider, and the owner does not have access to the user’s full banking details.
5. Delivery of the digital product
For the PDF training material, delivery is made electronically once payment is confirmed, through the corresponding access or download link. For mentoring, the session will be arranged with the customer subject to availability after payment is confirmed.
6. Returns policy and guarantee
The owner offers a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on the digital training material. If within that period you consider that the method does not provide value to you, you may request a refund of the amount paid by writing to guillermo@guillermotemino.com, and you will be reimbursed without the need for additional justification.
After this 5-day period, and given the nature of the digital content with immediate access, no returns will be accepted, in accordance with consumer protection regulations regarding the supply of digital content.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the protection of consumers and users, for purchases of digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer’s consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the download or access has started. Nevertheless, the owner voluntarily offers the 5-day guarantee described in the previous section.

9. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
