We process the personal data provided by users for the following purposes: to manage enquiries and requests sent through contact channels; to process orders for digital products and mentoring services; to manage billing and customer support; and, where consent is given, to send communications about products and services.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (for purchases and mentoring), the user’s consent (for enquiries and communications), and the legitimate interest of the owner to respond to requests and maintain the business relationship.
4. Data retention
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting obligations).
5. Data sharing
Data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required or where necessary to provide the service (for example, the payment provider PayPal to process transactions). Service providers act as data processors under the corresponding agreements.
